Automotive Painter / Prepper

We need someone experienced with the complete preparation and refinishing process, including:

Body filler application and finishing

Sanding and blocking

Feather edging

Priming and primer finishing

Masking

Surface preparation

Paint/material preparation

Basecoat application

Clearcoat application

Blending

Polishing and correcting minor paint defects

We want someone who can consistently produce clean, high-quality finishes while maintaining good production speed.

A 310B/automotive refinishing credential would be an asset, but for this position demonstrated painting and preparation ability is the priority.
