About the Opportunity
Auto Workforces Inc. is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Representative to join a high-volume used-car dealership with 150+ vehicles in inventory. The ideal candidate is skilled in online lead generation, customer relationship management, negotiation, and closing vehicle sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell vehicles and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Generate leads through Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, and other online platforms.
- Respond to inquiries and follow up with prospective customers.
- Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, negotiations, and sales closing.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the dealership CRM.
- Build customer relationships and generate repeat and referral business.
- Stay updated on inventory, pricing, financing options, and promotions.
Requirements
- Previous automotive sales experience, preferably in a used-car dealership.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Experience with Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, and online vehicle sales.
- Excellent customer service and lead follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Valid Ontario driver's licence preferred.
