Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Job Description:
Handle inbound & outbound calling for service/sales follow-ups
Attend customer queries and provide proper information
Maintain customer database and update records
Coordinate with sales & service team
Ensure customer satisfaction and timely feedback
Requirements:
Minimum 12th Pass
2+ years experience in calling (automobile industry preferred)
Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
Basic computer knowledge
